KEY Qualities: Dry, light, sharp, mobile, cold. 

Physical Indicators: Dry skin, gaseous, ~1 bowel movement per day, thin hair, variable hunger (can go extended periods w/o eating), poor circulation, cold extremities.

Emotional Indicators: Difficult to make decisions, exclamatory language (words like "AWESOME" or "AMAZING" are used often), head-in-the-clouds, very creative, spontaneous, adores travel, experiences stress, insomnia due to anxiety, & quick-to-worry.

Physical Indicators: Rosy cheeks, 2-3 bowel movements per day, sweats easily (pungent smell), susceptible to rashes or acne, irritable when hungry, strong appetite, sleeps soundly, can withstand great physical activity.

Emotional Indicators: Very passionate (often reflects in work or hobbies), adores challenges, quick(er)-to-anger, concise with words, conversation may lead to debate, tendencies toward judgment (self & others), high intensity, enjoys competition, strong-willed, will fight strongly to support beliefs.

KEY Tips: Increase cooling + calming therapies.

Herbs: Coriander, Cilantro, Fennel, + Cardamom

Foods to Favor: Cool-spiced rice dishes, steamed vegetables, fruits, smoothies.

Physical Indicators: Thick hair, teeth + nails, big-boned, large eyes, 1-2 bowel movement per day, sluggish digestion, feelings of lethargy, pale, even-tempered, + slower speech.

Emotional Indicators: Loyal, patient, steady, doesn't stimulate change, often dependent, stubborn, enjoys creating a personal space, fosters privacy, emotionally steady, and slower paced.

KEY Tips: Increase warming, stimulating + dry therapies.

Oil: Mustard + Safflower

Herbs: Cayenne, black pepper, ginger, + cinnamon

Foods to Favor: Warm-spiced soups, small quantities of steamed vegetables, rice + lentils (easy to digest foods).

Essential Oils/Aromatherapy: Peppermint, Bergamont (citrus), Himalayan Cinnamon.
